João Rodrigues dos Santos

João Rodrigues dos Santos is a University Professor at the Universidade Europeia (Department of Economics and Management) / IADE - Faculty of Design, Technology and Communication. He holds a PhD in Economics and Business, a University Master's Degree, an Executive Master's Degree and a Degree in Geography and Territorial Planning.

He is the author of three books in the fields of Economics and Territorial Management.

He frequently publishes articles and chapters in indexed journals and books. He is a regular member of scientific boards and commissions.

He has been a member of various Doctoral Jury Boards in the areas of Economics and Land Management. 

He collaborates on a permanent basis with various media, writing opinion articles and commenting on current events.

He has more than 20 years of municipal technical experience in the area of Territorial Management.

Since 2017, he has held the Presidency of a local executive body.
